We do not have change of heart return/exchange policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. Once your purchase has been delivered we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests (other than as covered by our warranty policy). We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. 

  2. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain products, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item must be damaged and unused as well as in the same condition that you received it.

  3. Upon verification of the damaged item, the piece could be replaced or a full refund will be provided to the customer as requested.

  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  5. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or contains missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

  1. Once your return request is received along with proof and reason for refund , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  4. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  5. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  6. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FINAL CLEARANCE/ SALE

  1. Final sale and clearance items are considered as final sale and are non-returnable as well as non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@meublecraftsman.co

Shipping

  1. Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

  2. The timeline for shipping is from 1-2 weeks to 8-9 weeks.
